I live near On Nut and was hesitant about making the trip to Charoen Krung just for a battery change. It turned out to be worth it. The studio is small and focused, the work was done in about an hour and a half, and I came away with a service card I can keep with the watch. A financial services firm in Silom needed twenty watches prepared as retirement gifts for senior staff, each with an individual engraving and delivered in presentation-ready condition within three weeks.
The studio coordinated engraving for all twenty pieces, tracked each watch individually through intake and preparation, ran pre-delivery function checks and produced a consolidated delivery note formatted for the firm's finance department.
Delivery completed two days before the event. All engravings correct. Finance reconciled the invoice the same week using the delivery note. The firm has since placed two further orders.

A first-time buyer in Bangkok was considering a pre-owned Swiss quartz piece offered by a private seller. The asking price was ฿85,000 and the watch had no recent service documentation.
The studio conducted a full condition inspection covering movement timing, amplitude, case condition, crystal, dial, hands and bracelet. The report noted strong movement health, light case wear consistent with age and a crown gasket approaching the end of its service life.
The buyer used the report to negotiate a ฿4,000 price reduction, covering the near-term gasket work. The purchase went through. The buyer returned six months later for the quartz care service.

A client brought in a ten-year-old Japanese quartz watch that had developed an intermittent timekeeping fault. The watch had not been serviced since purchase and was worn regularly in Bangkok's outdoor conditions.
Battery replacement, full gasket inspection (three gaskets replaced including the case back gasket which had compressed significantly), pressure test, and a case wipe. The intermittent fault was traced to a corroded battery contact rather than the movement — cleaned and functioning correctly.
Watch returned same day, running within two seconds per month. The service card noted the battery contact repair and recommended a follow-up pressure test in 18 months given the watch's exposure to water during outdoor activities.
